All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—keep an eye out.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by AKIN Active.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
AKIN Active is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
