Return Policy

Our Return Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights when purchasing products in Australia. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy to understand your options.


1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product you purchased:

  • Is faulty or has a manufacturing defect.

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose.

  • Does not match the description provided or the sample shown.

Please note, refunds or exchanges are not provided for change of mind unless otherwise specified.


2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Eligible Products for Return:

We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The product is incorrect (e.g., wrong size or item sent).

2.2 Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2.3 Change of Mind Returns:

While we are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind under the ACL, we may, at our discretion, offer a store credit or exchange. Change of mind returns must meet the conditions listed above.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and include the RAN and proof of purchase.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4.2 Exceptions:

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in Section 2.2.


5. Faulty or Damaged Products

6. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
